The work of Sandrine Duprez plunges us into a highly personal,
dreamlike universe, at times straying into the make-believe land of
fairy tales and childhood imaginings. She makes use of the established
codes of fashion photography, but at the same time immerses the viewer
into a naive, slightly off-beat world where the principles of harmony
and contrast are employed to stunning effect. Everything is depicted
with an aestheticism that is unequivocal, sensual and insistent, in
perfect harmony with that of the celebrated photographers who request
her talents.
